Breakfast at Le Mas Perréal
We take breakfast seriously - well, at least in a gastronomic sense.
Everything is home-made - the only exception being the breads and
pastries which come from the bakery in our village - they do those
things better than we could ever hope to !
We'll start you off with fresh-squeezed juice followed by a fruit salad
and/or yogurt combination. This is accompanied by bread and
pastries to be savored with our home-made jams and local honey.
Next comes a hot dish which changes daily - it could be pancakes or
a quiche Provençal or apple crêpes or perhaps an omelette made
with seasonal vegetables.
Of course, tea and coffee flow freely as does the conversation.
Breakfast is served either in our courtyard or, depending on the
weather, in our farmhouse kitchen.
We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements.
